The 1978 Normal Rockwell/Scouting Paintings issue, minisheet of 8 stamps has been overprinted in gold ink for the 19th World Jamboree in Chile.  Missed for over 20 years, the first stamp, upper left, 2p value has the name of the island spelled wrong.  It says Eynallow instead of Eynhallow.

This minisheet was produced both perforated and imperf.
