This cancel and label were employed at the Wassenaar National Scout Camp ("Nat.   Padvinderskamp") in 's-Gravenhage.  Scouting's only previous registration label had been used by Switzerland in 1925.  Examples are shown of a "Aangeteekend" (registered) cover and a Postal Reply Card.
