Postponed from 1935, the First National Jamboree was held in Washington, D.C.  The top cover was mailed from Maryland, presumably by a Scouter on the way to the Jamboree.  The second cover is the official stationary envelope on sale at the Jamboree, with the Washington postmark used on Jamboree mail.
