First Scout Cancel |
1937 & 1938 |
In three successive years (1937-1939), the post office assisted the Scouts who were raising funds by selling apples. In each year, two Toronto cancels ("Toronto Ont." and "Toronto Ontario") were used to advertise the date of sale. Exhibited are the 1937 "Toronto Ont." and the 1938 "Toronto Ontario" versions of the cancels. © SOSSI E-Mail to |
