Hungary hosted the International Girl Guide Rally in the summer of 1939.   This set of stamps and special cancels ("A"-"F" and blank) were applied in blue and black ink.  Rally was held in Gödöllö, and was referred to as "I. Pax-Ting" (First Peace Great-Gathering).
