For the VI World Scout Jamboree (Moisson, France). Artist Proof with the 3.50 franc value of the original design identified by the slanted "0" in "JAMBOREE". Signed by designer and engraver Jules Piel. During the preparation of the stamp, postal rates increased to 5 francs and the 3.50 fr. value was never issued. No more than 20 artist proofs signed by the artist are believed to exist.
