Very little is known about these two cards. At some point fairly early, the Boy Scouts of America produced note pads that had two tear-off postcards on their cover.
Inside were sheets of writing paper and ink blotters. The pads were evidently designed to be given as promotional material as they say: "Courtesy of National Headquarters, New York." The cards, which are the standard postcard height of 3 ½ inches, are a bit shorter than normal since the overall dimensions of the pad were just shy of 5 by 8 inches. The top card is perforated both top and bottom. The bottom card is perforated just on the top. These may be the rarest post cards ever published by the Boy Scouts of America.
