TURKEY
Turkey included a stamp showing Boy Scout buglers in a set of six during 1938. Scouting was especially honored because the other adhesives pictured their country's president and national achievements in engineering and agriculture. This kind of public relations was notice to the world that Scouting, as a youth movement, is worthy of recognition in Turkey.
