SUMMARY

Whether a youth places a used Scout stamp in his album, or an adult collector affords a mint stamp for his collection, or anyone affixes the stamp to a letter, the Scouting movement has these millions of "windows" into our activities.  But best of all, the stamp represents an endorsement for our particular youth organization, by your own government.
