INTRODUCTION
Whether we have ever collected postage stamps, most of us have observed the great number of pictorial stamps issued by all of the countries of the world. However, those of us who have been Boy Scouts since our youth are not always aware of the fascinating stories that are told about Scouting on these tiny bits of adhesive paper. These are the "classics" of our hobby.
