CZECHOSLOVAKIA
The first government to issue stamps honoring Scouting occurred in 1918
at the close of World War I. The Czech Sea Scouts provided mail
service from November 7 to 25 while their new government was being
organized in Prague. The wording on the stamp reads Czech Scout Post, In the Service
of the National Government.
