LITHUANIA
Lithuania in 1938 held a national Jamboree and overprinted four Olympic stamps, two with the Boy Scout badge, and two with the Girl Scout badge. The translation of the added wording is "National Girl (or Boy) Scout Jamboree." This event celebrated the 20th anniversary of Scouting in their country.
