The German Scout stamp association, ArGe Pfadfinder e.V., has produced and used the Scout slogan meter catalog ArGe Pfadfinder Freistempel Katalog since at least the 1980s.  This has become the primary reference for identification of Scout slogan meter stamps.

ArGe Pfadfinder and SOSSI have collaborated to release this third digital edition of this informative catalog.  In the 2022 update there are 46 countries in 514 pages, bookmarked in both German and English.  This includes all countries except for the United States.  The pdf is searchable to aid in finding a slogan.  Enhancements to the original include color examples (where possible), identification of the meter stamp type and known years of usage.
