The Scouting Movement has been fortunate to have the support of many people. Several of these individuals would have the distinction of being either a member or promoter of Scouting and being honored on postage stamps for their non-Scouting achievements. Some may consider these stamps as "Scout Stamps" but most Scout topical collectors do not because they don't fit the generally accepted criteria for a Scout Stamp.
