Sep 1974							©1974 20M974 Harry Thorsen became the author and dramatically increased the visibility of Scout stamps, including a 7 page sub-section of the Topical Collections section and portions of his book Stories Behind The Scout Stamps. In this revision, the number of requirements was increased from 6 to 10. In the Philatelic Societies section, SOSSI's contact information was changed to "1000 Golfview Road, Glenview, Ill. 60025" 48 pages plus covers.
