Color Omitted Error

This is reported as a major error, with at least three variables.  The standard postal card was printed by two runs by two-color offset lithograph.

• Postal Card with the blue missing [#UXC7a].
• Postal Card with the blue and black colors omitted [#UXC7b].
• Postal Card with the red and yellow missing [#UXC7c].
