This cardboard mounted pin was probably used as a "swap" (real GS'ers will know what I mean!).  The pin has the 20 cent stamp for Michigan and 4 cent GS stamp.  A label attached on the back reads: "NCW Windows on Wildlife..." (NCW = National Camp West)
