This card was designed by Howard Chandler Christy in 1937 for the Boy Scout Jamboree in Washington D.C.

This design is issued in connection with the 150th Anniversary of the formation of the Constitution of the United States.  The design shows a Boy Scout sitting on the banks of a river with Presidents in background behind him.
