Postal administrations and sometimes stamp dealers create special souvenir printings to sell with new stamp issues.  Known as "Presentation Packets," they usually contain large reproductions of the stamp design, information about the commemorative event depicted on the stamps, and philatelic details about the stamp issue.

This Jersey presentation packet is for the 1985 International Youth Year (IYY).  Included in the stamps are Sea Cadets, Girls Brigade, the Air Training Corps and the Jersey Youth Service.

Hong Kong created this presentation packet for the 1998 official government issued postage stamp set commemorating the Sea Scouts, Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts.
