In conjunction with the 1957 National Scout Jamboree held in Valley Forge, PA, a set of commemorative covers was created by the Jim Bridger Crew Explorer Wood Badge #16 to honor United States Wood Badge training. The cachet on each cover includes the Wood Badge lanyard plus neckerchief and lamp. One cover contains the inscription: "Honoring 38 Years Wood Badge Training 1919-1957." The inscription on the second cover is: "Better Scouting through Wood Badge Training 1919-1957." Each cover was produced in all green and all brown for a total of four covers in the set. The stamp used on all covers was the 1950 US Scout stamp #995, tied to the cover with a 12 July 1957 National Jamboree slogan cancel (Levy cancel #9).
